About me

My name is James Wells. I am the father to three teenage children in 2025. I created this blog to help document my journey into cyber security. I will use it to discuss different cyber security topics, but also topics related to building a home lab. After writing the first few posts, I realized that this blog could also help me to hone my writing skills for reports. I think that the appeal of hacking into a computer overshadows how important good writing skills are to cyber security.
